| here are my workout accomplishments - lol gained 13 pounds since last year, but made some lifts too! currently at 204 pounds probbaly 14-16 percent body fatass, deadlifted 435, squatted 315, failed 335, benched incline 205 for 15, 105 pound incline db for 10, shoulder pressed 205 for 1 finally, but time for my lol new years resolutions below is my new years resolution from 2006, when i was still a senior in high school this next (2006) year i hope to :
do even less homework, and get by with all C-s (ahhaah!~ i graduated high school with a 3.35, but my first semester of college i was welding)[lol 2011]
get married before im 19 to someone super duper rich (oh man, i think i meant before i leave being 19, so i basically have like 2.4 monhts about)[failed 1st attempt, and im not 19 anymore2011]
so i can be a house husband (still applies) [still applies 2011]
increase my bench to -169 (better, with the help of pills, i have increased my bench to 245 for 3 reps, but now it dropped to 225 or soemthing) [and now i rep 295!]{now im at the same bench after a year, fail2011}
grow my hair enough to reach my eyes (yeah i remembere i did that and i have picutres of my emo hair)[bald2011]
gain about 25 pounds so i'll be 190 pounds overall (i dont know why i wrote this, i was rproabbaly 220 poudns when i did, i'm now about 207) [198 ish]{191 pounds!2011}
give my dog growth hormones so he will become 1309851 kilounces of pure muscle (he's just about there)
and no bones

seiorusly (well that totally worked, and its been awesoem){majestic mushrooms, that was fun2011} so in 2007, i was in hong kong and had very limited internet accesss, but at new years 2008, i was in canberra, australia farming, and i did revise my new years resolutions. remember that i was still at pcc and had already worked construction and welded, but had not declared a major or anything, so here are the resolutions for 2008: get a job, [fail]{lol later i worked at johnson motors in the summer. i kinda have a job now too so WIN!2011}
this includes, but is not limited to, somehting to do with knives, candy, or exercise [fail kinda]{i did do a job with exercise, at la fit, and technically opened a knife business, though i am losing much money2011}
take classes at pcc that may acutally be useful, instead of nothing [win]{win at ucla too i think2011}
save money for car #5 [win!]{car 1 was toyota previa, 2 was bmw 325ci, 3 was 2006 honda civic, 4 was 1995 honda civic, 5 was 2008 honda fit. im now gonna save for car6, hopefully s2k or something2011} my resolutions for 2009 included being emo about life/girls, still going to pcc, and i dont remember, anyways, here they are: as for 2009, my resolutions are as follows:
get chris tse drunk [WIN!!!!]{it is still very difficult2011}
never ever be not good enough [workin on it] {still workin on it, even after 2 years 2011}
stop being lazy and do MAH BEST (in music) [still workin on it] {kinda slowing down, but still working on it2011} here are my resolutions in 2010, where i was planning on transfering and stuff, finishing up at pcc, also being emo about girls and stuff. i guess i had been working on music, not working, and being lazy. here they are: be rich [well, my current job puts me right at the border of the poverty threshold for a single occupant/income/whatever 2011]
be more gangster [this probably includes acquiring money/drugs/weapons/hoes lol i've acquired knives for my store, thats about it. oh i also shaved my head, which is perfectly round, not alienlike at all though, which is good 2011]
transfer finally [win! ucla2011]
gets a job [well i kinda have 2, the first being at la fitness2011]
decrease from 200 pounds to about 185, while being approx 5-7% body fat [well, i have decreased to 191, but am about 12 percent, which is lower than probably 14ish percent at 200 pounds2011]
increase flat bench to 315 for reps [damn, still couldnt, unless counting decline for 2 reps, lol2011]
increase pull ups from 30 to 50 [weak, they decreased to about 20,2011]
shoulder press 120s for reps [even weaker, i had trouble repping 90s, though i used to hit 100s for a couple2011]
do 150 sit ups in 120 seconds [havnet really tried or worked on it2011]

yeha buddyyy OKAY! so here are my 2011 new years resolutions, which i will include: attaining car #6! hopefully an s2000 or something to make me feel better than i actually am (failed, 2011) study for gre or whatever taht school stuff is (didnt study at all, but applied for grad school lol, 2011) get at least a 3.5 at ucla (success!) 185 pounds, and less than 8 percent body fat (more like 205, and double) time for my 2012 new years resolution- get a super high paying job, get into grad school, get another vehicle, preferably something awesome lol i have no clue what else, oh yeah be at 200 pounds and 5 percent body fat |
